My passion for cooking was transmitted by my grandmother, a sweet woman who cooked in one of the most popular restaurant in Venice.
A dream come true. Dal Moro’s SpritzEat restaurant: a family passion that has kept us together for over 10 years.
My formation started long time ago but never completed. A slow growth from Venice to all over the world.
